Identifying information: if you get in touch with us in any way we will keep a record of your message or messages on our computer systems. We do not attempt to collect any other information which would personally identify you.
Why do we collect this data?
None-identifying data is provided to us automatically and we use it for statistical purposes, to help us to improve our website and it's effectiveness.
How long do we keep this information for?
Statistical information is compressed automatically and, at least in theory, stored indefinitely. In practice we delete it whenever we feel that it is no longer likely to be of any use.
Identifying data is kept until after it has served its purpose; usually this means when we have answered whatever queries you have raised.
Who do we provide this information to?
We do not provide information to any other person. We reserve the right to do so however if we are placed under a legal obligation to provide information to law enforcement agencies or a court in the United Kingdom.
What are your rights regarding this information?
You have a legal right to inspect any information that we have about you, which is held electronically. This right is enshrined in the UK Data Protection Act. Under this act we are also entitled to make a reasonable charge for this, to defray our expenses.
We will however delete any information we hold about you upon request.

At present cookies are not used on this site at all. If we do decide to use cookies in the future this matter will be detailed in this privacy policy. Any cookies we use will be designed solely to improve the functioning of our website, and not to collect personal data.
